Using the site

You may use the public site for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the booking interface or API to disrupt the service. We may change or remove site content and features.

Booking a call

Available times are shown in Europe/Tallinn time. A time is not reserved until the booking is confirmed. If another booking takes the slot first, choose another time. Provide accurate contact details so confirmation and changes can reach you.

A booking is for a 30-minute introductory conversation; it is not an agreement to provide paid services. Any project scope, fees, confidentiality terms, and delivery commitments must be agreed separately in writing.

Use the signed link in your confirmation to move or cancel a call up to two hours before it starts. After that, reply to the confirmation e-mail. Keep the management link private: anyone holding it may be able to manage that booking.

Do not submit passwords, private keys, or sensitive information through the booking form. It is for arranging the call, not transferring files or secrets.

Content and third-party services

Site text, design, and materials belong to MoiToi OÜ or their respective rights holders. You may link to public pages; other reuse requires permission unless applicable law allows it. Booking depends on third-party services such as Google Calendar, e-mail delivery, and site hosting, which may occasionally be unavailable.

Responsibility

We take reasonable care to keep information and booking availability accurate, but the site is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or error-free content. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
