Who is responsible

Information we handle

• Bookings: your name, e-mail address, chosen time and the topic you provide; company and phone are optional. A booking is stored in the configured Google Calendar. The calendar event and confirmation messages include the details needed to arrange the call.
• Enquiries: if you use the Startup Builder form, we handle your name and e-mail, company or product name, optional product URL, the problem or next milestone you describe, the trigger you select, and the page source that brought you to the form. The enquiry is sent to the configured contact inbox through Resend; Resend also attempts an acknowledgement to you.
• Booking changes: confirmation messages may contain a signed management link. The link encodes the booking time and e-mail address so it can identify the appointment; anyone holding the link may be able to change or cancel that booking. Treat it as private.
• Admin sign-in: authorized administrators sign in with Google. We receive the verified account name and e-mail address to grant access and record administrative actions. The internal session uses a strictly necessary, signed cookie.
• Business research: internal Sales Radar tools may process company information and professional names, roles, or contact details from public registers and company websites for business-to-business research. This information is used internally and is not displayed on the public site.
• Site analytics: Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregated page-view statistics. Vercel says its analytics does not use third-party cookies or cross-site identifiers; data points may include the page URL, referrer, timestamp, approximate location, and browser or device category. Why we use it

• To show availability, arrange the call you requested, prevent double bookings, and send confirmations or changes.
• To receive and respond to enquiries you submit about Startup Builder.
• To secure the booking service and limit automated or abusive requests.
• To operate and secure authorized internal tools, including administering access and reviewing business-to-business opportunities.
• To understand aggregate site usage and improve the site.

Google Calendar and other providers

When the calendar owner authorizes the connection, the booking service uses Google Calendar to check availability and create, read, update, or remove appointment events in the configured booking calendar. Calendar information is used to operate bookings, not for advertising or generalized AI training. Google processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Resend delivers booking confirmations and notifications. Vercel hosts the site and provides Web Analytics. These providers process information as needed to provide their services and under their own terms. Information may be processed outside the European Economic Area, subject to the safeguards those providers describe.

Retention and security

Booking events are kept in the calendar while needed to operate the booking service; a cancellation removes the active event, but copies of confirmation e-mails may remain in the recipients’ mailboxes. Provider retention is also governed by their account settings and terms. We do not state a fixed deletion period for all records.

Enquiries are delivered as e-mail to the contact inbox. Copies may remain in the sender’s or recipient’s mailbox and in the provider’s systems under their account settings. We do not claim a fixed automatic deletion period for enquiry messages.

We use access controls and signed links or sessions where appropriate. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit passwords, private keys, or other secrets through the booking form.

Your choices and rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or ask us to restrict or stop particular processing, subject to applicable law. You can also withdraw Google Calendar access in your Google Account settings; doing so may make online booking unavailable. You may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
