Automate · AI Workflow Automation Sprint
Show me the repetitive workflow.
In two weeks, let’s see how much of it can disappear.
AI where it helps. Deterministic automation where it is safer. A person stays responsible for consequential decisions.

For work that repeats across people and systems.
- The same information is re-keyed between e-mail, spreadsheets, SaaS tools, or internal systems.
- A process has clear rules but still waits on manual copying, checking, or notifications.
- Exceptions, approvals, or failure cases make a full hands-off automation unsafe.
- The team needs a working slice and a baseline before deciding whether to expand it.
Method
Observe before automating.
1. Map
Write down the steps, hand-offs, tools, decision points, exceptions, and where errors or waiting happen.
2. Choose the boundary
Separate deterministic rules from work where a human must review, approve, or decide.
3. Build a working slice
Connect the needed APIs and data, add retries and visible failure handling, and test the important paths.
4. Measure and hand over
Compare against the agreed baseline, document limits and ownership, and leave expansion as a decision rather than an assumption.
No time, cost, or error reduction is promised before a baseline exists. The two-week minimum sprint has a fixed scope agreed before work starts.
Proof
Automation in a product, not a demo deck.

MoiToi’s own booking flow also checks live calendar availability, prevents a double booking, and sends confirmation and change messages. This is evidence of a shipped workflow, not a claim about savings for another business.

The booking flow checks live calendar availability, re-checks the slot at submission, creates one event, and sends confirmations and a signed change link. The booking remains the system of record; e-mail confirms what happened.
